1. Scope
These terms apply to the purchase of eSIM data plans via the website reisechip.de. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Only these terms apply; deviating terms of the customer are not recognised.
2. Provider
The provider is: Interglobe Holding Limited The Guildhall Market Square Cambridge, CB2 3QJ United Kingdom Email: kontakt@reisechip.de
3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the eSIM plans on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by sending the QR code by email.
4. Description of services
Reisechip sells digital eSIM data plans for mobile data use abroad. After the purchase you receive a QR code by email for installing the eSIM on a compatible device. The eSIM provides a data connection in the respective travel destination in accordance with the plan details (data volume, period of validity, countries covered). The actual network speed and availability depend on the local mobile network and are not guaranteed by Reisechip.
5. Prices and payment
All prices shown on the website are final prices including any statutory value added tax that may apply. There are no additional shipping or activation costs. Payment is made at the time of the order using the payment methods offered on the website (credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, UnionPay; Apple Pay; PayPal). The charge is made immediately after the order.
6. Cancellation policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)
Since eSIM data plans are digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, the following rules apply: Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal expires as soon as the eSIM has been activated (i.e. a data connection has been established and data traffic has been used). By activating it, you agree to the start of performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Any eSIM that has not been activated can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. To do so, contact us at kontakt@reisechip.de with your order number. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to kontakt@reisechip.de.
7. Liability
Reisechip is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, Reisechip is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected. Reisechip accepts no liability for: - Availability, speed or quality of the mobile data connection (these are provided by the local network operator) - Compatibility problems with the customer's device - Damage caused by incorrect installation or configuration by the customer
8. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. For consumers, the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence applies, insofar as mandatory consumer protection provisions are concerned. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. As of: 29 October 2026
